Kasdorff Konstruction is a tiling and renovation company in Ottawa, ON. They wanted to elevate their brand to start taking on more clients. They reached out to me to create a strong logo that represents their strength and reliability while remaining sleek.
Mockups
the Process
Starting with the client’s idea of 2 K’s that make a house with tiles, I presented two mockups.
One that looked like a blueprint sketch and one using more of a material look. After viewing the two mockups the client agreed that we should go in a different direction.
Taking his feedback of wanting tiling and flooring present in the logo I got the idea of making a K in the negative space between tiles which led to the final logo.
